Wainz World is a leader in bookkeeping and project management services with a wealth of experience in setting up and managing financial records for small businesses and independent contractors. We work with our clients to establish an efficient and accurate system for tracking their income and expenses, invoicing customers, and paying bills. Our goal is to help our clients save time and money by streamlining their financial operations.

We offer a full range of bookkeeping services, from setting up new businesses to training existing staff on best practices. We also provide ongoing support and consultations to ensure that our clients’ financial operations run smoothly. We can help with everything from developing project timelines, to tracking progress and milestones, to executing monthly, quarterly and annual goals efficiently.

Grow your business with a bookkeeper you can trust

Choose one of our three rates that works best for your personal or business needs!


This rate ranges from $600 - $1,200 a month, depending upon your needs. During the first few months, we will meet on a bi-weekly cadence to review income and expenses, and get familiar with your spending patterns. We will create an annual budget and provide valuable feedback and suggestions within the few three months on how to grow your business to the next level.


This rate ranges from $600 - $1,200. It serves as a "health check" to ensure you are picking up

every possible tax deduction, processing quarterly payrolls, and to answer questions about budgeting and financing that may arise each quarter.


This rate ranges from $3,000 - $5,000. It's primarily for companies or individuals who are behind on filing their tax returns and require some catch-up bookkeeping services. We can help find all possible tax deductions for that year, and get your books ready for your tax preparer or accountant.

Why Wainz World?

Jen Wainz, Owner & CEO, is an IRS licenses tax preparer through CTEC. Before staring Wainz World, Jen worked in the Creative Arts world, specializing in lighting on film sets. She discovered that she had both a passion and talent working on the business side of projects, including developing inventory controls, creating budgets, growing sales and tracking revenue.


Because of Jen's work in the creative world, she understands how film sets work, how they're funded, and what the budgets should look like. Jen’s unique combination of skills, experience and personality allows her to quickly understand a client's business, find creative solutions to challenges and deliver results that exceed expectations.


Jen trains all employees to share her keen attention to detail, thoroughness and dedication to finding the best possible tax solutions for clients. With Jen and our fellow team of bookkeepers, Nancy and Jean, we are able to meet our clients where they're at from a business standpoint, and both consult and educate them on their financial journey.
